  14. This is to announce my FLI decoding library. If you are familiar with
  15. the MPEG decdoing library then this does the same, but for FLI/FLC's
  16.  
  17. It's been tested successfully on Sun & HP (SGI support in next
  18. release) there is no reason why it should not work on a PC (Linux or
  19. DOS)
